    Data Scientist

    2–6 years (flexible based on skill depth)

    Key Responsibilities

    Understand business objectives and translate them into data science problems with measurable outcomes.
    Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and data preprocessing on structured and unstructured data.
    Build, train, and validate predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning and deep learning techniques.
    Implement MLOps pipelines for experimentation tracking, model versioning, and deployment (using MLflow, Azure ML, or equivalent).
    Apply statistical modeling (e.g., regression, time series, hypothesis testing, causal inference) and AI methods (e.g., transformers, embeddings, RAG, or NLP-based systems) depending on project context.
    Evaluate model performance using metrics such as AUC, F1, RMSE, R², etc., and ensure fairness, robustness, and explainability (e.g., SHAP, LIME, AIF360).
    Collaborate with engineering teams to build APIs and integrate models into production systems.
    Communicate analytical insights through reports, dashboards, and visualizations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
